Disadvantages of manual screw driving

During the production process of radio, the assembly procedure will cost large quantity of time. The screw driving process is much more complex, especially for small-size screws. For manual screw driving, the efficiency usually can’t catch up with the production requirements and the screw slippage problems also happen frequently.

Customer’s requirements

The customer used to utilize handheld screw driving machine, but the screwdriver was too heavy, manual position was needed and the production speed couldn’t satisfy production requirements. According to customer’s manufacturing requirements, OKATA offered customers a vertical automatic screw driving robot connected to customer’s production line and consequently it enhanced the processing speed to 13S/PCE. The operators only need to put the product on the production line and the screw driving machine will automatically finish the following procedures.
