Leaching is an important part of improving oil quality. This operation is typically done using a process known as percolation. The percolation filter allows the oil mixture and solid dregs to be separated, resulting in clean oil.
Hengyuan manufactures wedge wire screens used in percolation filters. A high open area and rigid welding construction give the vee-wire screen the ability to withstand vibration and pull. Little to no maintenance is needed, saving costs and contributes to the long service life of the percolation filter.
