Impeller and Fan Blade Base
Made from aviation aluminum alloy, the impeller and fan blade base of our ventilation fans are lightweight and feature very little vibration. Treated with sand blasting and internal stress relieving, the impeller and fan blade base have a great appearance and high strength.

Fan Blade
Our company has cooperated with Xi'an Jiaotong University and Tsinghua University to design the blades in the ventilation fans. The fan blades are made from Crupp stainless steel, and are designed in a specific shape, making self-cleaning possible. They have passed the dynamic balance test and static balance test, and have reasonable angles. These angles produce a large air flow with very little noise. The blades on our ventilation fans are also durable, and difficult to deform or get dusty.

Triangular Belt

Imported from Japan, the triangular belt has a service life 3 times longer than other domestically produced belts. Both the A and B type belts are available for customer selection.

Hot Galvanized Pillar

The pillars we employ are treated with hot galvanization, guaranteeing they will not rust, even in severe environments.

Bearing

Bearings used in our ventilation fans are imported from France, and they feature high strength, low noise emission and a long service life.

Motor

We have Siemens or well-known domestic brand motors available for the ventilation fans. Motors can be customized based on voltage and frequency customers need. All domestic motors have passed the China Compulsory Certification and are specially designed with a phase loss protection device which automatically shuts off the power supply if phase loss occurs. These motors also conform to the IP55 protection grade and insulation class F.
