Work experience: He began working in the refrigeration industry in 1996 and registered Haocool Refrigeration Engineering Technology Co., Ltd in 2008
Work content: He oversees coordination of each branch office, and coordination of all links for cold storage system including design, engineering and after-sales services.

Name: Chen Hua
Title: Haocool Vice-General Manager
Work experience: He started working in air-conditioning industry in 2005. He changed from air-conditioning to the cold storage industry in 2010. After joining Haocool he was put in charge of project design, budget and organizing construction. He is one of our second-degree construction engineers.

Name: Wang Shuyou
Title: Haocool Chief Engineer
Work experience: He graduated in 1965 and then worked for the Chinese Academy of Sciences. After many career moves, he worked in refrigeration industry until retiring. In 2012, he was invited by general manager Li Yong to be the chief engineer of Haocool.

Name: Fang Yi
Title: General manager of Haocool Beijing branch
Work experience: He joined Haocool in 2009 and has been with us ever since. Now he oversees daily management and operations of the Beijing branch, and coordinates the business department, engineering department and design department.

Name: Li Tao
Title: General manager of Haocool Wuhan branch, General manager of Haocool Chengdu branch.
Work experience: He began working in the refrigeration industry in 1996. Since registration in 2008 he has worked for Haocool ever since.

Name: Shen Feiyang
Title: General manager of Haocool Xi'an branch, General manager of Haocool Chengdu branch.
Work experience: He joined Haocool in 2009. Now he oversees regional sales to achieve sales performance indicators. He plans market sales channels, develops terminal sales outlets, and maintains customer relationship. He understands the changes of product market in the same industry in time and provide market information to the head office regularly to provide reliable basis for arrangement of the head office. He improves the internal organizational structure of branches, formulates working standards of each post and clarifies responsibilities and powers. He analyzes financial conditions regularly and supervises financial management.

Name: Ye Congqing
Title: Project leader of Haocool refrigeration engineering
Work experience: In 2011 he was mainly in charge of cold storage projects and in 2013 gradually engaged in project development, after-sales services, and maintenance.

Name: Cui Qiang
Title: Business Unit Manager.
Work experience: In 2007 he joined the refrigeration industry and his job is to install air conditioning units. He joined Haocool in 2009 and transferred to the business department and was promoted to business manager within one year.
Work content: he discusses, contacts and communicates with customers, and formulates strategies, coordinates resources, assigns work and supervises process.

Name: Zhang Bo
Title: Business Unit Manager.
Work experience: In 2005 he entered refrigeration industry and in 2012 he is in charge of installation of Haocool cold storage. Now he is responsible for following up engineering projects.
Work content: He is responsible for monitoring engineering quality, construction progress, safety of construction conditions. He carries out quality policies and objectives of the company, lead projects and ensure the quality objectives.
