RTSM-AD series disc agitator bead mill with dynamic gap separator is designed for grinding and dispersion of medium/high solid content, medium/high viscosity materials. Disc agitator offers the ability of handling various materials and various particle fineness. Applications include mass production of pesticide suspension agent, paint, ink, car topcoat, car primer, etc.
Features
- Stable mechanical seal: mechanical seal is designed as an independent unit to avoid influences from grinding unit’s shake or torque; With externally flushed mechanical seal, the datum is designed inside the seal, so that issues caused by instability of conventional floating seals and coolant pollution of internally flushed seals are avoided.
- Efficient cooling system: cooling structure of the grinding unit is precisely designed to make sure that every corner is fully cooled down during operation; transmission belt pulley is made of high-thermal-conductivity material, grinding product is thus free from the influence of external heat; multiple cooling steps for balance tank, end cover, etc. to ensure stability.
- Product outlet without jamming: product outlet applies high-flow-rate-approved dynamic gap separator, with which jamming during outlet is avoided. The gap size ranges from 0.3mm to 0.8mm, and grinding beads with 0.3-2.0mm diameters can be used.
- Highly efficient grinding process: with the disc agitator structure, millbase and grinding beads are driven by the high-speed rotation of the grinding rotor, particles get sufficiently dispersed and grinded during this movement, then transported outside through the dynamic gap separator to finish the process.
