Anti-scald technology
Copper coated plastic anti-scald structure: The main body is of two layer structure including the inner plastic layer and the outer copper layer. This structure is of heat insulation effect because both the copper and plastic have interval or gaps making hot water not directly exposed to the metal surface.
Material
Anti-scald hot cold water thermostatic mixing shower valve: HPb59-1(grade A brass) is used in the shell, and PPA+60%GF is used in the inner tank.
Faucet handwheel: made using ABS or zinc alloy, both being fully plated to keep anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant.
Dual control valve: The surface is chroming treated, passing the test of 24h acid salt spray.
Optional plated top spray shower is pressurized by air.
Performance
The button on the left is to regulate temperature, while the one on the right is switch.
Top spray shower, hand-held shower and tap can supply water at the same time.
The product is of 2.1kg net weights.
