Performance & Features
- Suitable for laminating of paper, film, and metallic film coating; the entire machine adopts frequency converter stepless speed regulation system, and unwinding unit uses magnetic powder brake tension control;
- The transdermal patch making machine is constructed with a structure consisting of main body and multiple modules, each of which can be independently disassembled and assembled by using positioning pins and fastening screws;
- Automatic working time recording and speed display;
- Drying chamber is located in an independent section, with automatic control of temperature, humidity and concentration, ensuring high efficiency production;
- The lower conveying section and upper operation section are completely isolated from one another using stainless steel plates, thus effectively preventing cross-contamination between the two sections while making cleaning task easier;
- All parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, such as pressing roller and drying tunnel, satisfying the requirements of "GMP" standard; all electrical components and wiring circuits are compliant with "UL" safety standard;
- Emergency stop safety device ensures the safety of operator during the commissioning and mold changing operations;

Film Making Section
- The film making station adopts automatic scraper unit, enabling the coating layer uniform and smooth;
- Materials are automatically loaded by peristaltic pump;
- The coating width can be easily adjusted, effectively avoiding the waste of raw materials;
- The thickness of finished film is adjustable thanks to the servo system, it can be achieved by simply inputting the thickness via touch screen;

Unwinding & Rewinding Section
- Air expanding shafts are used for film roll positioning, giving operator an exceptional convenience for film roll changing;
- Tension control system is configured to maintain the tension of the film;
- Web guiding system is available to ensure that the film is well positioned during operation;

Drying Section
- Independent modular drying section can be designed and manufactured with customer-specific length, the maximum drying speed can reach 2.5m/min;
- Built-in sensors for temperature, humidity and solvent concentration are equipped, and PID control is achieved by PLC system, ensuring the stability and safety of the internal environment;
- Built-in H14 HEPA high-efficiency filter ensures that the heated air complies with GMP requirements;
- Safety protection door is equipped to assure the safety of operators when they are working., and also prevent the heat from influencing the workshop temperature while lessening the heat loss;
