Material
Chrome thermostatic mixer shower valve: The outer cover is made of HPb59-1(grade A brass).
Handwheel tap: It is made of ABS, being anti-corrosion.
Concentric shower valve: The surface is treated by chroming and conducted the 24h acid salt spray test.
Thermostatic cartridge:The brass cartridge is of high efficiency in restraining the growth of the bacteria.
Performance
The thermosensitive element is installed on the outlet of the thermostatic cartridge for keeping constant water temperature, which can make the cartridge move according to its temperature sensing properties to control the inlet of hot water and cold water. Once the temperature is set, the ratio of hot water and cold water into the outlet changes automatically to keep the outlet water temperature always being constant.
Compared with the traditional faucet, thermostatic valve can not only keep a constant temperature without manual operation, but also can quickly balance the water temperature being safe and heat insulation.
The temperature will not change without regulating for the shower cartridge has a memory of the set temperature, so there is no need to adjust the cartridge before using.
Besides the shower cartridge makes the cold water a priority to prevent scald, that is to say the hot water will stop as long as the cold water fails to supply.
The stainless steel shower sliding bar of φ22*700 and triple function ultrathin handheld shower (fully plating) using ABS are available.
