Description
The direct drive axial fan adopts a motor to run fan blades directly, reducing intermediate drive parts and lowering operating failure rate and later costs. Currently, this axial fan is mainly used in cowsheds and open type animal husbandry factories.

The fan blades adopt mirror finished stainless steel made by stamping die so they have the advantages of large air flow, no distortion, no fracture, dust proof, beautiful appearance and durable feature.

The air guide sleeve of fan adopts a galvanized layer thickness of 275g/m², increasing the thickness of galvanized layer and ensuring there is no rust during the future use process; it is designed with round inlet reverse flow construction (one-piece drawn venturi), increasing ventilation quantity, reducing vibration and noise of fan and increasing the stability of fan.

The shell of motor adopts Al-Mg alloys, which can make it have the advantages of good heat dissipation, high efficiency, small motor size, light weight, low current and large torque.

All fan blades are calibrated by the advanced computer dynamic balance tester so it can make the fan run steadily, reduce the noise, enhance stability and extend service life.

We can increase eye bolts for installation according to customers' requirements to realize convenient installation.

Installation instruction

Experimental results show, in order to realize best ventilation effect, the most appropriate installation place is right above the trough of cowshed and it well be proper that the distance between the bottom of fan and ground is 2.7m and the angle of inclination is between 15 ° and 30 °.
