• Pig carcasses are hung on the transmission lines at a specified distance apart from each other to avoid cross-contamination. This design conforms to food hygiene standards.
• The 60℃-65℃ saturated vapor enters from the lower part of the vapor tunnel and comes into full contact with the pig carcass to ensure a full, moist scalding process.
• It should take 5-8 minutes to scald a pig carcass simply by adjusting the conveyor speed.
• The residual heat can be reused to save energy and minimize environmental pollution.
