General Rotogravure Printing Machine Configuration

1. Doctor blade: The rotogravure printing machine uses doctor blades which can be adjusted up and down. The pressure of the doctor blade is controlled by dual air cylinder. The motor drives cam to rotate to achieve the transverse movement of the blade. The use of doctor blade results in an extended the lifetime of printing plates.
2. Shaftless plate mounting device: It involves an air cylinder which pulls the core axis to install printing plates. Transverse adjustment is realized through the movement of screw. The device helps reduce the time of replacing the printing plates, ensure concentricity of plates and thereby improve the quality of product.
3. Main transmission mechanism: It adopts a frequency inverter to control the motor. The transmission reaches the gear case and clutch gear makes gears disconnected through air fork. Dual side printing is available by manually replacing intermediate gear.
4. Impression lifting device: Impression adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and uses solenoid valve locking, which provides protection against air leakage of the cylinder or falling of the cylinder due to shutdown. The device helps ensures the equality of pressure and chromatic aberration.
5. Color registration system: It adopts a computer-controlled synchronous motor to drive ball screw for adjustment through reducing the speed to register color automatically. The system features high registration accuracy.
6. Material receiving and feeding device: It adopts dual station material receiving and feeding shelf. The material feeding shelf is manually operated and the material receiving shelf is controlled by moment motor. The material feeding adopts magnetic powder tension control, and traction tension adopts automatic tension control. The use of this device can effectively reduce material waste and thereby lower cost, making the rotogravure printing machine well received by users worldwide.
7. Drying and cooling device: Double blower is installed on the wall for drying. Electric quartz tubes are also distributed in the blowing ports of all ovens for heating. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent temperature controller. The top oven is cooled by a centrifugal fan, so as to ensure the cooling of film.
