Our PE-AL-PE composite pressure pipes are composed of three layers. An aluminum medium layer is inserted between two polyethylene layers to prevent oxygen and flames from entering the pipes.
Features of PE-AL-PE PipeThe three layers are bound together with a hot melt adhesive under a pressure of 0.6MPa-0.8MPa, significantly improving plastic pipe strength and anti-aging properties.
Overcoming the disadvantages of traditional metal pipes and their heavy weight, easy corrosion and easy leaks, these plastic pipes feature none of that, and are ideal for use in construction of gas pipe systems.
This pipe is bendable, reducing the need for joints and facilitating easy installation.
