HSW Series welded band saw blade is ideal for meat and bone cutting applications. Our specially designed HSW Series metal cutting blades help lower cutting costs by generating fast, clean and accurate cuts with less waste. Clean cuts would effectively reduce the microbial contamination, and protect the band saw blades from getting rust, greatly prolonging the blade life. With the meat band saw blades, the food can be processed to achieve better appearance and color retention.

The band saw blades can be divided into three series according to the hardness: H series, S series, X series. Hardness: H series>S series>X series

H series: rust-proof, long lifespan, specialized for frozen or dried food, can also be used as splitting saws in slaughterhouse.
S series: less waste, high durability, specialized for aquatic products, fresh bones, or frozen food within -20°.
X series: cost effective, mostly for fresh food like ribs, gristle and fish heads.
