The FPV filter tester is designed for the mixing and processing of thermoplastic plastic materials, including plastification, coloring, and filling modification. It provides uniform dispersion and is highly versatile. Equipped with a melt pump and high-precision melt temperature and pressure sensors, it complies with EN standards and integrates a PLC-based measurement and analysis system. This allows for precise evaluation of the dispersion properties of pigments and fillers in plastics.
