Slitter scorer plays major role in corrugated cardboard production line. The changeovers of this slitter scorer are driven by ball screw and screw nut, so the high mechanical precision, flexible turning, precise positioning and small reverse gap are ensured. Positioning accuracy for the slitting and scoring is ensured within 0.5mm. The slitting and changeover both adopt linear guide, which ensures high mechanical accuracy, smooth sliding and accurate positioning. The horizontal moving deviation of the entire slitter scorer can be corrected from negative 100 mm and positive 100 mm.

The slitter scorer’s blade is made of thin tungsten steel alloy, which is quite sharp and enables the cutting of cardboard for more than 8 million meters long;
This slitter scorer is completely controlled by PLC system;

999 sets of orders can be saved for nonstop automatic changeover or manual changeover. This slitter scorer provides short order change time, about 3-8 seconds, and order change between two machines with zero reduction of speed;
