Description

The military optical fiber cable is cable that features a fast installation and removal for harsh environments. With a small diameter and light weight and little loss, it features a wide bandwidth, anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) and will guarantee confidentiality. The military optical fiber connector is specially designed to match the cable. The neutral bayonet locking mechanism allows for fast connections between the connector and socket, connector and connector or socket and socket. The military optical fiber cable & connector can be used in military optical communication networks, military computer systems, airborne or shipborne equipment and outdoor temporary optical connections for urgent repairs, all because it caters to the needs of harsh environments and rough usage.

Application

Feature
  • The military optical fiber cable uses a special, bend resistant G657 optical fiber cable, which ensures a smaller bending radius and a stable loss even when being bent into shape, making it convenient for usage.
  • The cable is protected by delicate stainless steel tubes with special nets made of a stainless steel weaving. This allows the tight tube to be tightly connected to the optical fiber.
  • A large scale of aramid fiber is used as the bearing component, thus ensuring the cable is flexible, ductile, tensile, lateral-pressure resistant, torsion resistant and bend resistant. This prevents damage caused by an external force, and increases the longevity of the optical fiber cables.
  • The TPU sheath ensures the cable is stable, abrasion resistant, oil resistant and fire-retardant.
  • The cable features a small diameter and light weight.
  • The military optical fiber connector is used for neutral connection techniques, so there is no need for an adapter or flange plate to facilitate connections.
  • The dowel pin ensures the correct one-time connection of the multicore optical fiber and allows for a blind insertion.
  • The all dielectric high-strength composite sheath is not only light weight and high-strength, but also capable of effective EMI prevention, thus offering additional equipment protection.
  • There are dust shields on both the connector and socket, ensuring the connection quality.
  • The porcelain pin and connection sheath are a standard size and perfectly compatible with current equipment.
