The BCL-X CO2 laser cutter and engraver is the most cost-effective and versatile CO2 laser cutting machine from Bodor, and is used to cut and engrave a variety of non-metal materials.
The cutting accuracy of this equipment is exceptionally high. With a red cross line laser alignment system, the machine is able to quickly find the processing position, and the transmission system uses a highly accurate series of linear guides and a slider, giving the machine an exceptional accuracy, low resistance, and high wear resistance.
The optical path system of the CO2 laser cutting machine is very precise. Consisting of 5 mirrors and 1 concentrator, the optical path system produces a high-power CO2 laser beam, making the cutting process more efficient and the cutting surface smooth.
Operators are able to easily adjust the laser head focus according to the thickness and material type to further ensure the engraving and cutting quality.
With a full cover, the BCL-X CO2 laser cutter and engraver will protect operators against laser radiation and avoid environmental pollution caused by smoke and dust, ensuring the work environment is clean and safe.
