Continuous Casting Machine
The continuous casting machine is a core part of continuous casting operation. It comprises pouring steel equipment, body equipment, cutting area equipment as well as the hydro-mechatronic dummy bar collecting and conveying equipment. And in the continuous casting process, high-temperature molten steel is continuously cast into billets which have certain interfaces of different shapes and specifications.
Qualified molten steel→ladle turret (the ladle is equipped with a lid and weighed)→ tundish(it is a ladle protective tube fully sealed with argon.)→ the weighing of the tundish→submerged nozzle→ detection system of crystallizer liquid level→ crystallizer→ electromagnetic stirring →mold oscillation→ secondary cooling control→ secondary cooling of atomized vapor and water → withdrawal and straightening machine→ dummy bar and its storing device→ rollers → flame cutting machine →conveying and tapping rollers→ two-way steel moving machine→ flip cooling bed and hot delivery rollers→ hot delivery, stacking, slow cooling
