The explosion-proof variable frequency drive is based on high reliability and high efficiency of the high-power IGBT, DTC high performance vector control technology, 12-pulse low harmonic rectification technology and output sine filter technology. The main circuit adopts the three-level topology structure, and the starting signal of the inverter is isolated by optical fiber. The water cooling technology is adopted. The maximum starting torque and maximum current can reach 2.5 times of rated value. It is suitable for heavy-duty and high torque equipment. The distance between variable frequency drive and motor can reach 3 kilometers. With master-slave dynamic tracking control and fast load dynamic power (torque) balance, a variable frequency drive can connect to 1, 2 or 3 motors. The mode of 2 working motors with 1 standby motor is also available. The core of the explosion-proof high voltage variable frequency drive is modular. The running wheels are fixed under the core to facilitate the movement of the core, so that the maintenance is fast and convenient.
