Tube and Pipe for Fluid Transportation
Seamless steel pipe for is mainly used to transport fluids and powders, which include petroleum, natural gas, gas, cement, grain and coal dust. The fluid transport tube can also be applied for delivery of solid substance when the solid is able to flow under certain conditions. The seamless steel tubing is primarily made of ASTM1010 and ASTM1020 steel. The production is conducted complied with China standards GB/T8163-2008 or America standards if required.
The seamless steel tube for fluid transportation often works with high temperature and high pressure. Hence, it will be exposed to high-temperature flue gas and vapor for a long time. As a result, the transport pipeline will be oxidized and corrode easily. Therefore, we need to ensure high endurance strength, great resistance to oxidation and corrosion and excellent structure stability during production process. This is a really difficult challenge for technical staff because they have to ensure superior product quality, prevent defective products and more importantly make sure products get delivered punctually. Our production cycle is 7 to 10 days. We are also capable of providing a series of free service including painting, capping, coating, printing, bundling, cutting and providing samples.
