The hydraulic symmetric rolling machine with 3 rollers shapes metal plates into a barrel shape. These shaped metal plates are then used in a number of industries, including ship building, oil, chemical engineering, machinery production, boilers, and more.

Features

This machine uses a 3-roller symmetric structure with an upper driving wheel and two lower driving wheels.
The upper roller is lifted via a screw into the upright motion, and the two lower rollers provide a driving force through a rolling process.
Uniform force is applied to the plates due to the symmetric structure, thus removing steel plate resilience and ensuring the precision.
The plate that goes around the half length of the center distance in the two lower rollers remains as a plane after the rolling process. This part will need a perfection barrel machine or other pre-bending machine to correct this.
