KYN61-40.5 High Voltage Switch Cabinet, Switchgear
KYN61-40.5 high voltage switch cabinet is indoor power distribution equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz and nominal voltage 40.5kV. It is applied for power receiving and distributing of power plant, substation and mining industries. It plays a vital role in the control, protection and inspection of circuit. Another application is for frequent power receiving and distributing place.
1. KYN61-40.5 high voltage switch cabinet is designed according to IEC298 standards
2. KYN61-40.5 can be equipped with ZN85-40.5/3VA3 vacuum breaker, VD4-40.5 vacuum breaker made by ABB Company, VEP-40.5 enclosed-type vacuum breaker made by Xiamen Huatech, FP4025D Areva SF6 breaker and SF2 Schneider SF6 breaker. Breaker with same type can be interchanged easily.
3. The KYN61-40.5 is composed by cabinet and extractable parts. The cabinet adopts aluminum-zinc alloy coated or zinc coated steel plates. The plate is connected by bolts.
4. The cabinet is separated by metal partitions into breaker chamber, main bus chamber, cable chamber, relay chamber and panel chamber. All the metal structure is connected to ground.
5. Inside the cable chamber, 10*60mm grounding bus bars can be set.

1. Handcart frame is equipped with lead screw nuts and thus easy to move. Besides, mishandling is also avoided.
2. Interlock design: avoid mistakenly tripping or resetting the circuit breaker; make sure the electricity circuit is completely de-energized when tripping or resetting the disconnector.
3. High speed grounding switch is used for short circuit and grounding.
4. All operations are proceeded with cabinet door closed so as to guarantee the operator's safety.
5. Cable chamber has sufficient space for multiple cables.
6. The protection grade of cabinet's shell is IP4X, and of each chamber is IP2X.
