The open type GTA linear motion bushing has a small friction coefficient from 0.001 to 0.004, which makes for smooth motion and long service life. The linear motion bushing has an adjustable structure to fit the size of its mating parts, so the requirement on the accuracy of the mating parts is lowered. In addition, it operates in high speed motion and can realize flexible, accurate and smooth motion at low speed. The GTA linear motion bushing features easy and convenient lubrication, maintenance and replacement. It offers lower power consumption, making it energy saving. The rail shaft features high durability, lasting accuracy and reliable performance, as it is made of quality alloy steel that has undergone medium frequency induction quenching to reach HRC58-63 hardness.

The GTA linear motion bushings can have over two supporting bases for the rail shaft, if necessary. This design can eliminate the influence of rail shaft dead weight on the total height of ball bearing supporting bases and motion parallelism to achieve higher motion accuracy. The linear motion bushing is especially suitable for the use in long travel distance equipment.
