Mechanical power press has another name called punching machine, which can pose pressing to the materials. The mechanical power press needs a couple of dies including upper die and lower die to pose the huge pressure to materials and form them to different structures with high level precision. Our mechanical power press uses technologies and design concept from Japan and Taiwan, which bring our products with low noise, low energy consumption and low pollution. This kind of machine can be widely used in modern transportation (automobile, motor, bicycle), electronic devices, telecommunication, computer, home appliance, furniture, tools, ironware and other industries.

Features
  • This kind of machine is with uniform load and balanced rigidity. The machine body is made by steel plate with high stiffness and precision. The parts of machine are through heat treatment which can remove the stress of machine body and ensure the working stability.
  • The core parts like bent axle, gear, and transmission shaft are treated by heat treatment hardening. Then, after grinding process, the machine has the higher abrasion resistance, which gives the machine high working precision even after long-term running.
  • We use the combination of clutch and brake with high running sensitivity, duplex solenoid electric valve and overload protector to keep the sliding block of punching machine moving precisely and safely whether it is running and standing by.
  • With automatic feeding mechanism, which has functions of error detection, low cost and high working efficiency.
  • The sliding block can be controlled by manual setting and electric adjustment, which is convenient and safe, and the working error is less than 0.1 mm.
