W12NC-50×3000 4-Roll Plate Bending Machine
Juli cooperated with a customer from Shandong province in China and customized a W12NC-50×3000 4-roll plate rolling machine for the customer. As required, we appointed engineers to their place to conduct on-site commissioning and training for free.
Features of the Plate Bending Machine
1. Up to 50mm rolling thickness and 3000mm rolling width, 1800mm minimum rolling diameter;
2. The industrial bending machine consists of four rolls, frames, machine base, drive system, hydraulic system and electric control system;
3. Working rolls are made of superior 42CrMo steel, in strict accordance with the manufacturing standards;
4. Hydraulic system of the bending roll is also used as an auxiliary drive system.
5. OMRON PLC controller is applied, making sure that the synchronous up and down movement of pinch roll and side rolls reaches an accuracy of ≤0.2mm.
