Plastic foam is too large to be easily moved, which is why HaoSu offers a plastic foam cold forming machine that functions as a recycling compactor to compress the EPS/EPE foams to reduce their volume. This allows for an easy, convenient transportation and reduced logistics costs. Unlike a traditional thermal compaction method, a recycling compactor uses a screw to compress the foam into related molds for a compression forming. 90% of the foam volume can be compressed using this compactor with no production of exhaust gas or heating requirements. In doing so, this recycling compactor saves power and protects the surrounding environment.
