Activated Carbon Filter Element
Brief Introduction
Our activated carbon filter element are designed for gas filtration applications. The use of loose charcoal or activated carbon materials is highly effective for gas filtration and the type of carbon filter varies depending on the application, contamination and concentration.
The carbon filters are used for filtration of three types of gases
1. Organic gases
2. Acidic gases
3. Alkaline gases
Various types of carbon filter are used depending on the gaseous medium but the carbon does need to be impressed in order to guarantee efficiency for acidic and alkaline gases. In the case of high concentration gas, a cylinder containing loose carbon pellets would be much more effective than a pleated filter element.
Testing Method Standard
1. Initial bubble pressure testing: GB/T5249
2. Penetrability testing: GB/T5253
3. Dimension and tolerance are carefully inspected
4. Appearance and surface are visually tested on the light inspection platform. Testing results: GB/T25863.
