Application
Screw conveyors are widely used for transportation of materials in mineral, feed, cereals, oil and construction industries. This steel equipment also conveys high temperature powder or solid particles, such as chemicals or construction materials.
The screw conveyor uses a spiral rotation to convey materials. It is divided into two varieties, based on the conveyance type: axial and non-axial, as well as divided by outer-type into a U-screw or tubular variety.
Axial screw conveyors are suitable for dry powder material and small particle materials such as cement, fly ash, lime, grains and other materials. Non-axial screw conveyors are suitable for viscous and winding materials.
Main StructuresThe machine body is composed of the head bearing, tail bearing, suspension bearing, screw, casing, cover plate and base.
The driving device consists of an electric motor, a reducer, a coupling and a base.
