The glue coating machine can be classified into TJ single-layer gluingmachine and TJ double-layer gluing machine. It comes with touch screen displayand optional PLC control for glue quantity adjustment. It providessynchronous conveyer belt drive which is steady, vibrationless, and noiseless. Automatic cyclic gluefeeding can prevent the glue from depositing. The glue coating machineis equipped with a preheating system to accelerate glue pasting. Each layer ofthe whole machine is independently driven with variable frequency control.
The glue coating machine offers manual or electrical adjustment of gluequantity. In addition, the machine is available with the digital display ofgluing gap and can realize automatic gap adjustment in accordance with theproduction line speed. These two functions are both optional. This glue coatingmachine also uses pressure roller or press bar to achieve the pressure forgluing. The surface of pasting roller is treated with knurling, hard chrome platingand grinding to ensure even glue coating.
