The hydraulic paper mill roll stand can beinstalled with two rolls of base paper at the same time due to the symmetricstructure and allows for paper changing without halt. Operating in the fullyhydraulic style, the mill roll stand can accomplish lifting, clamping,loosening and centering of the base paper. The clamping head is designed withexpansion and cone style. In addition, the tension control adopts pneumaticbraking, and the on-line control together with paper splicer is also optional.
This hydraulicpaper mill roll stand can be equipped with two paper feeding trolleys, whichare used to conveniently and flexibly feed the base paper to the properposition from two sides. In addition, the main structure of the semi-enclosedground rail is welded by 16# channel steel, firm and durable.
