The NC－Z－CNC straight cutting machine isdesigned with high intensity wallboard and base, and comes with perspectivewindows on both sides of the wallboard for easy observation and maintenance. Itprovides oil pump auto-cycle lubrication for the transmission system to achievehigh transmission accuracy.
The durablegrinding gear with high precision and high hardness has resistance to highspeed operation, ensuring accurate meshing of knife edge and flat cardboardwithout burrs after cutting. The high precision knife shaft and cutter frame ofthe straight cutting machine ensure smooth cutting at high speed. In addition,the cutting blade can be changed quickly and conveniently. In general, thisstraight cutting machine can cut the cardboard with the length ranging from 500mm to 9999mm, and can achieve a high cutting precision of ±1mm.
The entire system is designed in compliance with CE standards and undergoesstrict testing to guarantee high quality, stability and long service life. Thesystem also has the function of automatic detection, so as to prevent the straightcutting machine from being damaged by abnormal usage and careless operation.The design of power regeneration and storage allows the straight cuttingmachine to achieve good energy saving performance and work under unstable powersupply.
According to specifications of cardboard and speed of production line, thecomputer can automatically adjust the acceleration of cardboard cutting.Additionally, the computer can also automatically track the transmission speedof cardboards to keep in step with the cutting speed. What’s more, the computerused to control the straight cutting machine can store up to 999 orders and dealwith them automatically in sequence or based on the prior condition, with thecomputer screen showing the production information of each order.
