Dual roll crusher utilizes two groups of roller shaft to smash brittle materials. It can be available in cement, metallurgy, electric power, building materials, fireproof materials, coal mining, chemical industry and other applications. Our product features large feeding granularity, the adjustable discharging granularity as well as the ability of crushing the materials with compressive strength of less than 160MPa.
Especially in coal industry, as long as the iron and the impurity are eliminated, the raw coal can be directly crushed by this product with no need for waste rock removal. In this way, the smashed material can possess uniform granularity and low rate of over crushing. Then, the coal preparation technique can be simplified and both the investment and the production cost can be largely reduced.
