Wheel Loader

Wheel loader is a mini type product, which is especially suitable for the narrow alley or the low working face. It adopts articulated frame, which prominently features small turn radius and flexible operation. Also, it is equipped with the enhanced drive axle and the planetary gear for wheel edges reducer, which can provide longer service life and higher safety performance.

Thanks to the load sensing hydraulic steering gear, this wheel loader can possess convenient operation and stable movement. The double pipeline brake system adopts superior quality polyurethane high pressure hose, which can guarantee the safe traveling. Due to the humanized design, the seat and instrument control system can make reasonable structure and great comfort.

Advantages

1. Our wheel loader is equipped with LR4108 engine. This engine is produced by British Ricardo technology, which can generate small smoke exhausting quantity and strong power with the rated power of 60KW. By adoption of the oil filter, our product can provide amazing filtering effect, which is suitable for the environment of large dust density. The exhaust system adopts explosion proof type, which possesses little pollution and low noise especially for the use of roadways or coal mines. Moreover, the high strength board is firm and durable, which can effectively protect the engine from being damaged by the raw coal.

2. Inside our wheel loader, the YJ-280 type torque converter has single pole and three components, which has high reliability and large output torque. The power shift gearbox is characterized by outstanding generality, high reliability and convenient maintenance.

3. If equipped with FOPS driver compartment, our product possesses the height of 2.35m and the width of 1.9m, which can cross the small or medium sized coal mine roadways. After the driver compartment is simply disassembled, the whole wheel loader has the height of 1.73m, which can conveniently travel in the low tunnels. In addition, the steering wheel height can be flexibly adjusted to meet the requirement of drivers.

4. In use of the high capacity storage battery, the lighting lamp can continuously work for 4 hours. Meanwhile, the engine can be still started. With up to 100W power, this lighting lamp is more suitable for the extremely dark environment. In addition, the lamp is equipped with the protective cover in prevention of being smashed by falling objects, which is really safe and durable.

5. The bucket of our wheel loader owns the rated bucket capacity of 1.2m³and the maximum volume of 1.5m³. It features high working efficiency, which is especially suitable for loading raw coals.
