Steel Structures for Bulk Material Conveying Systems
Since its establishment in 2008, Qingdao Yinglong Machinery Co., Ltd. has specialized in the custom manufacturing of non-standard building structural components.
The company has a comprehensive annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of carbon steel structures, 5,000 tons of stainless steel, and 3,000 tons of aluminum alloy. It strictly implements international standards such as AWS, EN, AS/NZS, and CSA to ensure stable delivery and long‑term service performance.
We fabricate core structural components for bulk material handling systems, providing the structural framework that supports conveying operations in demanding industrial environments. These steel assemblies are produced in accordance with project-specific engineering requirements to ensure strength, stability, and operational reliability.
High-temperature roller conveyor structures: Designed to withstand elevated temperatures and abrasive conditions while maintaining precise material transfer
Corrosive material conveying systems: Fabricated with configurations suited to corrosive environments to support long-term safe operation
Long-span conveyor bridge trusses: Modular structural design to maintain stability and safety across extended spans
Steel transfer stations: Engineered for efficient material transition and integration within conveying lines
C-type lifting hooks: High-strength lifting components designed for reliable load handling
Samples
To facilitate transportation and on-site installation, large plate girders are often fabricated in segments based on maximum transportable dimensions. The pre-designed horizontal splice connections enable efficient and accurate assembly at site. The beams can be fabricated in either straight or curved profiles, and the flange thickness or cross-section can be adjusted to suit specific structural layouts and load conditions.
