GYRY06F asphalt emulsion plant is a piece of asphalt emulsion equipment which is newly developed on the basis of our extensive experience and advanced technologies. With high efficiency and reliability, it is increasingly used in express highway construction and road maintenance projects.
Features
1. Our asphalt emulsion plant settled on a foundation is very easy to remove, ideal for working in the field. Its dimensions are designed in accordance with the standard export container for convenient transportation and reduced freight charges.
2. Our asphalt emulsion equipment utilizes two emulsion tanks to mix the materials and drain water in turn for continuous production. Compressed air drives fluid flow which is governed by pneumatic valve. This design can greatly reduce labor intensity.
3. The rotation speed of asphalt pump is controlled by the frequency governing motor, and emulsion flow rate is regulated by the valve (displayed by the flow meter). Thus, asphalt content in emulsified asphalt (ratio of asphalt to water) is accurately and stably controlled. In addition, the emulsified asphalt quality can be monitored by the special in-line sampling valve.
4. HTF heating system is utilized to warm all the pumps before production, making it easier to replace baking with blowtorch.
5. Our asphalt emulsion plant contains a water tank. Burner and heating device could heat the clear water and control the temperature in real time.
6. All parts in contact with the emulsion are made of superior stainless steel, resulting in good corrosion resistance.
