Lanpoly production base covers an area of 24,000m2. The total investment amount reaches around 10 million USD. Currently, we have 75 experienced workers and 22 technological R&D engineers.

Phase I invested three main production lines including 1000MT PPA, 1200MT PTFE anti-dripping agent and 60MT KFBS PC flame retardant agent.

Phase II is in construction and the annual capacity is estimated as 5000MT fluoropolymers.

Main processing equipment: centrifugal pump, swing crusher, centrifuge, autoclave, drying tower

Testing Equipment: GC, apparent density meter, electronic analytical balance, moisture meter, pH meter

Package and Storage: strictly controlled raw material warehouse and products warehouse

Raw materials for PPA, PTFE anti-dripping agent and other products are mainly purchased from international well-known suppliers such as DuPont.

We have supplier control procedure, raw material acceptance criteria and supplier review record to ensure the quality of raw materials and service provided. And we will check the supplier quality system on schedule to ensure the normal maintenance and continuous improvement.

For the control of products quality, we strictly carry out feed inspection and in-process detection. DCS is adopted to monitor and record the parameters during production. After testing of finished products, inspection before delivery will also be carried out. Main quality testing devices include halogen moisture meter, muffle furnace, apparent density meter and whiteness meter.

Lanpoly has a professional R&D team composed of PhD and professors of fine chemistry. Staffs of core management team all have many years of working experience in multinational companies.
