Laboratory Emulsifier
The PSF laboratory emulsifier is designed for high shear mixing in formulation testing and small-batch production. It uses a rotor–stator structure to rapidly disperse and emulsify immiscible liquid–liquid and solid–liquid systems. Through high-speed rotation, the equipment generates strong shear, impact, and cavitation forces, allowing materials to be processed into stable emulsions or suspensions. It is suitable for applications in biomedicine, food processing, fine chemicals, cosmetics, coatings, inks, and nanomaterials, supporting process development and scale-up.

The rotor–stator system generates strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, allowing particle size to be reduced to micron or even submicron levels, supporting stable emulsions. - Wide speed adjustment range
Stepless speed control up to 28,000 rpm with digital display enables accurate adjustment of mixing conditions during laboratory testing. - Interchangeable working heads
Different stator designs, including coarse, fine, and perforated types, can be selected to match various material characteristics and processing requirements. - Flexible batch capacity
