PFM Filling Machine is an automated packaging equipment designed for filling of liquid materials with good fluidity, where accurate dosing and stable operation are required. It is suitable for products such as water-based solutions, solvents, and oils.
The system can operate using different filling principles, including volumetric piston pumping, gravity time-based flow, or electronic weighing, depending on process requirements. With PLC control, it enables consistent and precise filling across batches. The machine is equipped with anti-drip filling heads, lifting mechanisms, and conveying systems, supporting efficient and clean packaging. It is widely used for filling products such as detergents, edible oils, alcoholic beverages, pesticide emulsions, and other liquid materials in industries including daily chemicals, food processing, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and fine chemicals.
