The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers offer the advantages of low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, achieving significant energy-saving effects and reducing pollution. Compared to ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed design eliminates the oil conservator. Oil volume changes are automatically adjusted and compensated by the elasticity of the corrugated tank fins. The transformer is isolated from the air, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation aging, enhancing operational reliability, and requiring no maintenance under normal operation.

Features

Low-Loss Core: The transformer core is stacked with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure compactness and reduce noise.

Oxygen-Free Copper Windings: High and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. Low voltage windings of 500kVA and below adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure.

Foil Windings for Higher Ratings: Transformers of 630kVA and above use foil windings for the low voltage side, while the high voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure.

Dyn11 Connection Group: The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11, reducing the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improving power supply quality.

Fully Sealed Structure: The transformer features a fully sealed structure, extending its service life and eliminating the need for maintenance.

Low Noise Operation: The measured noise value is lower than the standard.
