Steel and Components for High Performance Moulds
Our rigorous selection process starts by examining different types of steel and components that will be used in our high performance molds. We look for factors that will greatly affect the lift and machineability of the mold. We have established great relationships with our suppliers over the past 20 years.
You can also select your own steel and components for mold making as we will be producing products according to your needs.
We will choose from different grades of steel based on the service life and plastic properties of the mold.
We determine the area which require heat dissipation based on the structure of the mold and considering replacing it with beryllium copper to prevent deformation.
Our component will be supplied by local supplier and they will manufacture according to DME or Hasco standards. Clients are free to choose from any brand including international brands.
