Drum Precleaner
Application
The SCY series drum pre-cleaner is a piece of multi-functional screening equipment that can be used in processing factories for flour, grain, feed, oil, grease, citric acid and more. Similar to other pre-cleaning equipment, this drum pre-cleaner is primarily used to remove large impurities such as straw, wheat stalks, hemp ropes, paper scraps, earth blocks, corn leaves, and corn cobs from the production materials in order to prevent damage to the feed processing and conveying equipment in the processing stage.
Features
1. The drum pre-cleaner’s structure is simple and compact, allowing it to take up very little space, and it is easy to install and maintain.
2. The clearing efficiency of the cylinder pre-cleaner is as high as 95%.
3. This drum pre-cleaner consumes very little power and has a low failure rate.
4. Our paddy pre-cleaner is designed with a cantilever sieve drum and uses a backward feeding process. The discharging section of the sieve drum is equipped with a screw guide, which increases the actual screening length.
5. This separating equipment can achieve the desired separating effects if fitted with suitable sieve mesh based on the properties of the materials to be processed.
