Push-Out-Pin Die
The push-out-pin die, or spring-eject die, is a patented invention of our company. It stands for a leap of progress in removal of diecut slugs. The spring-eject die allows the die cutting and the scrap removal to be done simultaneously, effectively preventing the build-up of small diecut slugs which may result in blade breakage or deposit on the printed material.
Our push-out-pin die is easy to use, and works quietly without air supply. The smooth scrap removal keeps the blades being well protected. This die cutting tool is an ideal choice to deal with products with small holes and small clearance which are hard for scrap removal. The scrap removal is available for materials with holes in diameter as small as 0.7mm.
