We've made our 5-7 ton diesel forklift to meet the technical needs of our customers both in China and abroad. With an adjustable steering wheel and seat and built-in control systems, the operator can comfortably and easily use the fork truck. A full floating damping device in the engine, flexible steering axle connection and low torque steering gear makes pivot steering easier. This 5-7 ton diesel forklift also features an integrated suspension engine hood with built-in heat and sound insulation and a chassis base which gives plenty of operation space.

Features
1. Heat Dissipation System
The heat dissipation system consisting of a large capacity tube radiator and optimized heat dissipation channels improves the forklift's heat dissipation performance and guarantees stable operation of the engine.

2. Hydraulic System
Shimadzu's multiport valves and gear pumps are used for the hydraulic system. Both the soft and hard pipes in the hydraulic system are arranged in a way that reduces the oil pressure and improves the mast's lifting and tilting performance. The heavy vehicle's hydraulic cylinders are sealed with Japanese NOK sealing elements to guarantee the diesel forklift's safety and stability.

3. Transmission System
The reliable and high performing transmission system is made with premium components from well-known manufacturers both in China and abroad.

4. Electrical System
The state-of-the-art wiring harness, waterproof connector assembly and multiple fuses ensure that the 5-7 ton diesel forklift's electrical system will work safely and stably. The entire electrical system is integrated into one board that's easy to use.
