The design of helical geared motor is based on modular concept. There are numerous motor types, mounting options and structure schemes available for free combinations at customers' wills. The transmission ratio is finely graded to be fit for different working conditions.

In terms of torque and gear ratio range, we take strict quality control measures to ensure the diversity and high precision. The helical geared units are widely used, and mostly found in metallurgy, water treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Advantages
1. The helical geared motor takes 20CrMnTi as raw material. After grinding process, the gear precision can reach the national standard 6 grade, which is DIN6—parallel with SEW, SIMEN.
2. The meshing of gears is tight to reduce noise and increase strength. A close meshing also slows down the heating of the helical gear reducer, and lengthens gear life.
3. In transmission, the multi-tooth meshing achieves a smooth, reliable, and quiet running of the helical gearbox.
4. The motor housing is made with aluminum die casting. The adoption of new machining technology improves the precision of workpieces.
5. The gears are made of high quality alloy steel, with the surface hardened by carburizing and quenching treatments. The teeth are made by fine grinding process. So as a whole, the helical geared motor is excellent in performance.
