Insert Bearings with Set Screw
Introduction
Guoxin's insert bearings with set screw include light-weight UC200 type, heavy-weight UC300 type and modified SB (UB) 200 type. There are two set screws on the product and the intersection angle between them is 120°. The bearing is fastened to the shaft by set screws and it can work in environment involved with small vibration. Both sides of the insert bearing are equipped with sealing ring to prevent dirt from entering. Our set screw locking insert bearing is already filled with right amount of lubricating grease when it leaves factory. Users don't need to clean this machine element and refill lubricating grease before installation.
UC200 type is the most widely used. Matched with different types of bearing pedestal, it can be applied to different machines. Compared with UC200 with the same shaft diameter, UC300 is able to support larger load. Hence, it is usually used on various large-load machines by cooperating with different kinds of bearing blocks.
