Jacquard Loom (Multicolor Weft Pattern Forming)
Large-patterned fabrics are a technically difficult textile items and require weft pattern forming (two shuttle boxes on each side of the machine or 3 multicolored weft threads) and a Jacquard power loom.
Our electronic jacquard looms are designed to produce narrow webbing items with complex colors with no need for increasing the webbing thickness. One layer of webbing can contain a maximum of 8 colors. This kind of jacquard loom serves as an ideal choice no matter the type of garment ribbon or industrial webbing you need to produce.

- The jacquard weaving machine and its main components are produced from 45# steel and nodular cast iron. In an effort to enhance the service life of the equipment, painting and electroplating processes are carried out on the surface of the machine.
- All machine parts are manufactured using our own CNC machines with a processing precision of 0.005mm, which guarantees stable running and low noise during operation.
- Each jacquard machine features a linkage transmission as opposed to traditional belt-type transmissions. This helps to prevent missed stitches caused by loose or broken belts.
- The jacquard harness utilizes springs to reduce the friction between the jacquard harnesses.
- The solenoid valve is separated from the drive plate, and the solenoid valve module is sealed with a plastic material for easy maintenance. Additionally, the low power valve can realize high-speed running.
- The machine’s completely enclosed structure effectively prevents dust from entering its interior to minimize the amount of maintenance. Simply apply lubricant a few times per year.
- A computer assisted pattern design and layout system enables fast and easy operation. The machine is USB compatible.
- This jacquard loom machine is equipped with a built-in permanent software program, which recalls previously used data sets from the storage system. In the meantime, this system will automatically back up the data to prevent pattern data loss during machine downtime.
