1. Save Building Space
The villa elevator only needs a 300mm deep pit, with a minimum depth of 130mm. The hoistway top height can be as low as 2600mm. This design conforms to GB/T21739-2009 and EN-81 standards.

3. Power Saving Design
Our villa elevator uses a single phase 220V power supply. Lighting and scavenger fans can automatically stop when the elevator stands for time that exceeds preset limits, thus saving power. Variable frequency and voltage control ensures only 0.7 Kwh is needed to allow the electric lift to go up and down 60 times.
4. Low Noise, Low Vibration
Due to VVVF technology, the villa elevator runs quietly and steadily while running and landing. The noise level is less than 55 dB.
5. Amazing Price
The cost-optimal price allows the home elevator to be affordable to a majority of families. It's lightweight design also uses a low energy consumption.
6. Considerate Design
a. Intercom: There is an intercom installed in the car that can be used to call for help if the elevator malfunctions.
b. Reset function: When the elevator is not in use for at least 15 minutes, it will automatically run and land on the designated floor.

8. Safety Protection Device
a. Safety edges for doors: As the door closes, it will open when the IR at the front edge of the door senses a human or object.
b. Overload prevention device: If the elevator is overloaded, a buzzer will automatically sound, and the door will remain open.
c. Landing door lock device: For floors where the villa elevator does not land, the doors will not open without the use of special keys.
d. Speed adjusting device: When the speed surpasses a preset value, the lift will stop running.
e. Emergency stop safety device: As the elevator stalls, the brake will grab the rail to prevent the car from descending.
f. Terminal switch: When the car travels beyond its limit, the electric elevator will stop by force.
g. Auto landing device for power failure: When the elevator encounters a power failure, the power in the rechargeable battery will drive the car to land on the nearest floor to keep passengers safe.
