A Typical Case – Customized Vodka Bottles for Signature Vodka
1. Initial cooperation
In 2014, we met the president of Signature Vodka – Mr. Anthony, who wanted to customize a kind of vodka bottle with a capacity of 700ml and another kind of 750ml. Combining the unique aesthetic standards in Europe with the drawings provided by Signature Vodka, Xilong produced the unique personalized vodka bottle shown in the pictures and has won their recognition.
2. Manufacturing difficulties of the vodka bottles for Signature Vodka
a. It is required that half of the bottle body should be given frosting treatment, which has called for high precision demands for the serrated part.
b. The label must be attached exactly uniformly with the embossed logo.
3. Mole & sample making
We started to make the molds and sample bottles after Signature Vodka has paid for them. And they spoke highly of them after they have received the samples.
4. Further cooperation
Later Signature Vodka wanted to change the logo and sent us a new logo design. After a confirmation they placed an order, and we finished it in about 20 days. Hereafter, Signature Vodka orders 2 batches of custom made vodka bottles from us every year.
