Features
- Automatic sheet counting and pile change, stable and accurate stacking;
- High speed encoder tracks cardboard in the whole production process to capture the last cardboard of current order and quickly separate this batch’s last paperboard from the next first paperboard. Only 20 seconds are needed to finish one circle of automatic paperboard stacking;
- Flat-belt paper delivery section is equipped with pneumatic baffle, ensuring the variable-frequency control of various phases of speeds and orderly and stable stacking, not damaging cardboard;
- Variable frequency gantry platform is designed to lift delivery section. Variable-frequency drive controls the automatic and stable horizontal move from cardboard stacking processing when the stacking number reaches the set value;
- Horizontal moving from stacker’s back baffle and automatic reverse during the paper unloading process;
- Paper unloading unit is equipped with two rows of paper feeding holders which are convenient for packing and stacking.
