PSCMF series double suction fire pump is a horizontal split case pump that employs electric motor, delivering large flow capacity, high work efficiency and easy maintenance. This double suction fire pump is frequently used for firefighting, industrial water supply and other applications requiring high flow rate. The horizontal fire pump adopts flexible coupling to connect electric motor, allowing for routine maintenance without the need for disassembly of motor.
Features
- PSCMF series double suction fire pump is consisted of horizontal split case pump and electric motor which are connected together with flexible coupling. It is equipped with YE3 high efficiency eletric motor that features protection degree of IP55 and insulation glass of F. This fire pump can also be configured with IE2/IE4/Y2/high pressure electric motor to suit customer's needs.
- Base on the application of pump, the wetted parts can be constructed with different materials such as cast iron, bronze or stainless steel. Mechanical seal and packing seal are optional.
- The suction flange and discharge flange are on the same plane, making the installation easier. The impeller is subjected to dynamic balancing for minimal vibration and bearing wear.
